The Conservancy stepped up to the plate in 2007 and made claim to the fact that the City of Ventura had not followed the letter of the law (CEQA, that is) and sued the City to force the issue. Settlement was reached in early 2008, and to chronicle the date our VP Steve Schafer took photos of the ranch in its current state.
